Mix thạch với kem sữa là loại thức uống dễ làm. Vị ngọt mát lạnh khiến bạn rất dễ bị nghiện. Rau câu mềm giòn vị cà phê và trà xanh với kem và sữa béo thơm hấp dẫn.

Đun sôi 1.5 lít nước với 150g đường và 10g bột rau câu rồi chia làm 2 phần. Một phần hòa tan với bột cà phê. Phần còn lại thì hòa tan với bột trà xanh. Đổ mỗi hỗn hợp ra khuôn chờ nguội rồi đặt vào tủ lạnh để đông lại.

Cắt rau câu đã đông thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn rồi cho vào đầy các ly. Rót đầy sũa tươi vào.

Đánh bông kem whipping rồi cho lên trên cùng là có thể dùng. Có thể rắc ít bột cacao hoặc trà xanh lên kem cho đẹp mắt nhé! Vị của rau câu và kem có thể thay đổi tùy sở thích các bạn nhé!
