Đun sôi 1.5 lít nước với 150g đường và 10g bột rau câu rồi chia làm 2 phần. Một phần hòa tan với bột cà phê. Phần còn lại thì hòa tan với bột trà xanh. Đổ mỗi hỗn hợp ra khuôn chờ nguội rồi đặt vào tủ lạnh để đông lại.

Cắt rau câu đã đông thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn rồi cho vào đầy các ly. Rót đầy sũa tươi vào.
