Đánh tan lòng vơis sữa tươi. Chia lòng trắng trứng thành 3 lần, dùng phương pháp fold bột, fold lần lượt đến hết lòng trắng trứng vào hỗn hợp lòng đỏ và bột mì.
Bắc chảo không dính, bật lửa vừa đến khi chảo nóng, dùng khăn có thấm một ít dầu ăn lau qua mặt chảo. Dùng muỗng múc từng vá bột đổ vào chảo và đậy nắp kín chảo khoảng 2 phút thì trở mặt bánh.
Khi ăn rưới lên bánh mật ong hoặc các lại siro mùi hoặc các loại sốt mà bạn thích. Rắc đường bột, ăn kèm các loại trái cây, kem tùy thích.
